Class Schedule

Working out is a great thing, but sometimes it can feel uninteresting. When you feel like you need to add a little spice to your workout, we got you covered with any of our awesome classes! We feature many classes with tons of variety, technique, and a fun atmosphere. Gone are the times of boring and alone workouts. Try one of our classes today and leave feeling accomplished, challenged, and invigorated. We promote a family style experience and we help each other get the most out of our time!


World Gym has a reputation for having the finest facility in Michiana. Clean, spacious locker rooms, including towel services and a friendly, knowledgeable staff to help make your workout an enjoyable experience!

Body Conditioning:

A circuit style strength and cardio endurance training, hitting upper and lower body using body weight and weights.

Yoga:

Relax and reduce stress through gentle stretches and breathing exercises.


Cycling:

45 minute high intensity cardiovascular indoor cycling workout... with warm-up and cool down.

Zumba:

Ditch the workout and join the party! Dance your way around the world to exotic rhythms set to high energy latin and international beats.


Les Mills - Body Pump:

Shape and tone your body, improve bone health and core strength. A barbell workout using light weights and high reps to tone and shape the body.

TRX:

Resistance training using your body weight, RIP bars and other strength building exercises.


Les Mills - Body Combat:

A high energy martial arts inspired workout that is no contact with no complex moves to master.

HIIT:

High Intensity Interval Training. Timed circuits focusing on a total body workout while improving strength, balance & core muscles.


Silver Sneakers:

Have fun and move to music with exercises to strengthen and tone muscle using bands, balls and light weights. Improves balance and stamina.

Boot Camp:

45 minutes of multi-station workouts. Sweat, build strength, balance and core muscles.


Kickboxing:

Class start with a warm up and then teach fundamental kickboxing techniques using professional aids and heavy bags. Learn principals of self defense movements.

P90X:

Combines a variety of exercise techniques, including strength training, cardio, yoga, plyometrics, cross training and stretching. The program consist of demonstrating a variety of moves at lower and higher levels of intensity. Light to medium weights will be used.
